Matina Maratheuti holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree in Primary Education Sciences. She also has a Master of Science (MSc) in Educational Leadership and Administration, as well as a Master of Arts (MA) in Educational Technology with a specialization in the utilization and application of coding skills in education. She is a robotics and visual programming instructor for students, educators, and parents, participating in robotics competitions both as a judge and an instructor.She is a member of the mathisis.org team and the founder of Tinker & Code Robotics. She is actively involved in the "Coding our Future" program, the largest initiative for promoting coding skills in Cyprus, from its inception to the present, as a co-organizer with the mathisis.org team. Additionally, she participates as an instructor and manager in Erasmus+ programs and provides training to adults in usability and web design. She is also engaged in the creation of digital educational materials.

Miltos Karras, a graduate of the University of Athens' Department of Physics, has been an influential Physics teacher since 1999, combining his passion for education with a keen interest in technological innovation. In addition to his teaching duties, he has collaborated with the University of Athens' Departments of Physics and Informatics & Telecommunications, effectively integrating these disciplines. His expertise in programming and its educational applications was showcased in his 2002 publication, "Application Development in a Programming Environment." She has experience in computer programming , 3D design and simulation, as well as embedded systems electronics and robotics. She also has drone experience and has been involved in research projects related to digital skills and educational robotics. Her current role at ECECT - the European Centre for Emerging Competencies and Technologies, a research and educational institution, underscores her capacity to employ her technical and research expertise within a professional context. Furthermore, she actively engages as a volunteer judge in robotics competitions such as Robotex and the World Robot Olympiad (WRO) in Cyprus. Additionally, she is a member of the Young Professionals committee within the IET (Institution of Engineering and Technology) Cyprus local network and serves as a National Coordinator for the European Robotics Week (ERW). These roles highlight her strong interest and dedication to the technology and robotics field.
